Each of the team members has devoted nearly his entire professional career to the real estate industry. Particularly relevant to the introduction of an innovative product such as a Real Estate Multi-Strategy Fund, the team has successfully launched and managed innovative investment products in the areas of domestic and global real estate securities and earlier versions of real estate multi-strategy funds.
Real Estate Investment Management
• Leadership roles in prominent real estate investment advisory firms such as The RREEF Funds and Lend Lease International; roles included business strategy, client development, product/services development and investment execution;
• Specialty investment services focused on the acquisition and management of investment interests in private real estate funds and limited partnerships - including team members currently serving as investment management principals, with an attractive performance record related to the discretionary management of limited partnership interests acquired through secondary market transactions; and
