By combining the resources of our individual and institutional investors, we expect to have the capital clout which, when combined with our analytical capabilities, will allow Eldorado to select from across the full spectrum of real estate investment opportunities. This is a much more robust investment strategy than is often available to investors.

The Eldorado Funds intend to utilize economies of scale to achieve diversification by manager, fund, property type and location. This strategy should be less risky than investing without achieving broad diversification.

Eldorado, on the other hand, will be utilizing a multi-strategy/multi manager approach.
